Facilities and Equipment
Our office offers our patients comprehensive examinations and medical care including computer assisted testing, automated visual field assessment, and Maestro OCT.   We are also offer handicapped accessible parking near the PF Chang's entrance to the mall.  Our facilities offer handicapped entrances, restrooms, doorways and equipment, however the patient must be able to transport into the examination chair from a walker or wheelchair to get the proper distance to do the refraction for glasses or contact lenses.  Please bring proper aides, family members, or transport personnel to assist you as needed.

Insurance Plans
We participate with MOST plans under VSP, Eyemed, United Health Care, Spectera, Aetna, Anthem, Anthem Blue View Vision, Buckeye, Cigna, Healthsmart, Healthplan, Humana, Ohio Medicare,  Medical Mutual of Ohio, Summacare, Davis Vision, and Superior Vision.

if we do not accept your insurance, we will give you an itemized statement to allow you to file it with your insurer for possible reimbursement.
